It's official. I'm no longer a Wal-Mart employee. I'm glad to be rid of the angry customers and the blue vest, but I'm definitely going to miss the people I worked with. They were a lot of fun.

Happy Birthday, Billy! I hope you're enjoying your birthday over there in Germany. By the way, we're still waiting for German post cards...

Now that I'm safely back in my hole-in-the-wall, I'd like to report that my venture to & from State College was a success. Last night, I was treated to a night "downtown" with Mr. & Mrs. Hirth. We went to the infamous CrowBar to hear an interesting band called Axum. They were entertaining, to say the least. They're relatively "unknown" and have a seemingly good relationship with their fan-base. Good enough that they lost a laser tag challenge to their fans in State College and the deal was that they had to wear dresses for their show. So I saw four grown men in dresses, which has it's own set of moral issues, but 3 out of four of the dresses were very modest, and at least it shows that they're guys who keep their word, right?

Today I'm writing from my sister's dorm room. I'm out visiting for a few days before I finish up at Wal-Mart and start my new job. Today, I finally taught her (and her boyfriend) to play a domino game called Mexican Train. It's a fun game. Mostly, I'm writing this post so that I can save the link. It has a computer version of the game which is a thing because then I can play even when I can't convince people to play with me.
